What are your service areas?

We are currently servicing all of Utah and Salt Lake Counties. We plan on expanding into other areas of Utah in the near future. We are open to discussing a special project outside of those areas, and all requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Are you registered on vendor platforms?

We are currently fully compliant on NetVendor and RMIS, and are more than willing to join other vendor platforms as needed.

How long does it take to get started at a new property?

Once bids are approved, turn around time ranges from as little as 1 week to 1 month, depending on the scope of the contract. Larger accounts require more time to purchase dispatched equipment, hire and train staff, etc.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured, and are happy to provide certification as needed. While our current coverage is typically sufficient, we are happy to discuss and implement changes if your property requires additional coverage.

How does scheduling work?

Should you decide to use our services, you will receive the contact information for a mobile number. To schedule, simply text this number, and one of our staff will promptly make arrangements and confirm your bookings!

Do you also clean residentially?

Currently we work solely with commercial clientele. By narrowing our customers, we are able to better focus our team and provide higher quality results. Whether you have a large office building, an apartment complex, or a small business, we are here to help!
